POJOKSINEMA – Sekitar 17 tahun lalu Umroh May Magendha pernah mengawali karir seniman serta membangun bisnis manajemen artis dan model, hanya saja dunia seni yang perlahan dirintisnya itu tak berlangsung lama.

May -sapaannya- mengurungkan hasratnya untuk melegenda di dunia hiburan.

Ia lebih memilih area spiritualis sebagai ruang ekspresi talentanya – ketimbang menjadi artis beken- demi membantu sesamanya.

May kini tinggal di Cirebon, kota kelahirannya, mengelola Taman Kanak Kanak Alquran (TKQ) dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) bernama Zahrotul Jinan, yang merupakan warisan leluhurnya sejak lama.

Belum lama ini ia muncul dalam acara wisuda TKQ dan TPQ Zahrotul Jinan yang juga dihadiri para tokoh masyarakat serta ulama sekitar.

Tampak dalam kebersamaan, Umroh May Magendha juga duduk berfoto ( diatas ) dengan Panglima Besar Macan Ali Kraton Kasepuhan yakni Mama Prabu Dias.
