POJOKSINEMA – “Setengah Hati” mungkin menjadi karya  terbaik sutradara Hasto Broto. Film yang naskahnya juga dipoles oleh penulis cerita Abdur Arsyad, tersa hidup dengan genre drama-komedinya.
Tidak konyol dan total, begitulah kolaborasi hasto dengan Arsyad untuk memboyong “Setengah Hati” yang tidak setengah hati dibungkus. Hasto juga terlihat sangat tangkas memberikan ruang eksplor kepada seluruh pemainnya.

Awalnya, saya (penulis) sempat memiliki sedikit prasangka bahwa film  ini tak lebih seperti karya Hasto Broto lainnya yang terlalu datar bak serial FTV. Bahkan film terakhirnya pun “Inem Pelayan Sexy New” (2019) juga tidak menyinggahi kantong box office.

Padahal dalam filmnya juga dipasang aktor beken sekelas Mathias Muchus dan Meriam Bellina, yang taktis melahap perannya. Hingga membuat aktris Jelita Callebaute– yang juga putri dari bintang kondang Doris callebaute, tampil dengan kualitas yang sangat biasa-biasa saja.

Tapi lain halnya dengan karya terbaru Hasto “Setengah Hati” saya (penulis) akui bahwa ia sukses membuat sebuah program kerjasama yang baik antar pelakon. Meski ada beberapa masalah dalam penanganan dialog dengan aksen ‘Betawi’.

Namun, masih ditolerir karena penampilan maksimal para lakonnya. Saya ambil contoh aktor muda Tissa Biani yang tidak segan-segan melepaskan semua kemampuannya agar ia merasa “Setengah Hati” bukan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh aktor dengan kemampuan setengah hati.

Penampilan gemilang Tissa Biani yang berperan sebagai Astri cukup menawan dan penuh kesenangan. Beberapa kali ia tampak andil membangun chemistry dengan lawan mainnya, kalau ibarat nasi ; rasanya pulen.

Terutama betapa mulia kemampuan bakatnya saat dipertemukan kembali dengan Yusuf Mahardika.

Namun saya bertanya dalam benak, kenapa kualitas aktor muda sekelas Yusuf harus mendapatkan peran Ganes, pemuda yang penuh kelabilan. Semisal ia menjadi berkembang  menjadi anak muda yang tegas agak garang, mungkin dramanya akan sedikit memberi warna serius.
